Our standard
What our reports look like
Our reports are produced digitally and delivered as clear, structured documents — easy to read, easy to share, and built to stand up to scrutiny. Below you can see examples of the level of detail and photographic evidence included in a typical report.
Room-by-room structure
Every report is organised room by room, with each space documented individually for clarity.
Photographic evidence
Extensive photographs accompany every section, providing an unambiguous visual record of condition.
Condition grading
Each item is graded using a consistent condition scale — from new to poor — so there is no ambiguity.
Digital delivery
Reports are delivered digitally within 48 hours, ready to share with landlords, agents, and tenants.
Report types
What each report contains
Inventory Report
A full room-by-room record of the property's condition and contents at the start of a tenancy. Includes all fixtures, fittings, and contents with photographic evidence and condition grading.
Check-In Report
Conducted at tenant move-in, confirming the property's condition against the existing inventory. Includes meter readings, key handover, and tenant signature.
Check-Out Report
A detailed end-of-tenancy comparison against the original inventory. Clearly identifies changes, damage, dilapidations, and cleanliness issues with photographic evidence.
Mid-Term Inspection
A routine inspection during the tenancy assessing overall condition, maintenance issues, and tenancy compliance. Includes a written summary with recommendations.
